CSS was recently retained by NASA to provide on-call scheduling services at the expert level. While this contract’s main focus is placed on the Upgrade LH2 System, LC 39B project, our team is also also be available to NASA for any additional scheduling services needed. As Critical Path Method Schedule Analyst (CSA), our team interfaces with the Government’s Design Manager and Construction Manager for communication of schedule and technical information about the project. Primavera P6 is being utilized on this contract and scheduling services include: Preliminary Schedule Submissions, Initial Schedule Submissions, Risk Mitigation, Monthly Schedule Reviews, Quarterly Schedule Reviews, Change Order Reviews, and Reviews of Construction Contractor Identified Impacts.
