The Veteran Benefits Administration Regional Office Project located at PVM is composed of a complete office space build-out for floors 11-14. The project will renovate and consolidate approximately 80,000 usable square feet of existing tenant space including new floor plans, upgrades to electrical and HVAC systems, as well as circulation reconfiguration required for improved office layout. In addition to tenant build-out, there are also shell and core improvements related to the building operations provided by upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Being a multi-phase project, PVM construction requires a great deal of coordination and staging given that this is a tenant occupied building and will be occupied during the construction period.
