KSU – GATEWAY MASTER PLAN PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The scope of work for this contract is to provide Program Management and Oversight Services associated with the staged implementation of the University’s Master Plan construction initiative. The capital program includes the planning, programming, and implementation of various renovation, demolition, and construction projects related to buildings, infrastructure, roadways and grounds throughout the Kent Campus which will be undertaken from 2019 through 2022, and possibly beyond. Projects included in this phase of campus development and covered under this contract include:

New College of Business Administration Building (P3): $72,000,000.00
Innovation Zone Studio & Retail Building (P3): $21,000,000.00
Innovation Zone and Dining Repurpose: $44,900,000.00
New KSU Airport Classroom Building: $6,500,000.00
Rockwell Hall Additions and Renovations (Fashion): $10,300,000.00
Research Expansion: $10,000,000.00
Gateway Enabling Projects: $5,500,000.00
Main Street Parking Deck (P3): $22,900,000.00
Realign Terrace Drive: $10,000,000.00
Sidewalks & Bike Trails Phase I: $2,500,000.00
