This project consists of the new construction to 4-8 single-family homes on 75 acres of un-touched Cost Guard owned land. The development of these homes require the design and construction of single-family units with both 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units; maintenance/storage sheds for each unit; one ADA accessible unit; access roads, driveways, sidewalks to each unit; individual wells and septic systems; a stormwater drainage system; an electrical distribution system and telecommunications system; and other supporting utilities as necessary. As the Construction Inspector of this project, our team ensures compliance with all contract documents and informing the Contracting Officer if the requirements are not being met.
