USCG Rebuild Paint and Sandblast Facility at Miami Beach

Construction Support Solutions has been retained by the USCG to provide Construction Inspection Services for the Rebuild of their Paint and Sandblast Facility in Miami Beach Florida. The scope of work includes design and construction services to build a new approximately 7,370 GSF Paint and Sandblast Facility, demolition of the existing paint and sandblast facility, as well as all associated site and groundwork. The facility was damaged in 2017 during a powerful hurricane season and is undergoing a much needed $8 million rebuild and is scheduled for completion in 2025. The new facility will include four Multi-Axis Mast Lifts, two for each sandblast booth. Construction Support Solutions is the USCG’s on-site inspector for this project, overseeing contractors, ensuring compliance with all contract documents, observing all phases of construction, and reporting daily to the USCG Contracting Officer.
